Madison Allen joined Next Level Physical Therapy and Performance in January of 2024 after receiving her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University in December of 2023. She previously earned a bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale. As a competitive swimmer growing up and throughout college Madison sustained multiple injuries and surgeries and her rehab journeys fueled her passion for physical therapy and jump started her career path.

Madison enjoys helping patients and athletes at all levels. She is looking forward to starting her career here at Next Level Physical Therapy and Performance. Madison became certified in dry needling in January of 2024 to  further grow her knowledge and clinical practice as a physical therapist.

Originally from Wichita, KS, Madison enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially on game nights. Her hobbies include pilates, hiking, and watching her favorite sports teams including the Chiefs and Wichita State Basketball.
